Luxury showroom project collaboration with WJT Builders

The expert team at Innovate Air, in consultation with WJT Builders, was engaged to upgrade the existing air conditioning system as well as install an additional system to the downstairs mezzanine workshop.

Considerations

The subtly of the air-conditioning finishes was important to suit the calibre of this retail tenancy. A high-end retailer of this quality needed seamless finishes that didn't take away or intrude on their space whilst having a system that provided maximum comfort and capabilities. 

System Overview

This install came with its own unique set of challenges. Innovate Air designed an air-conditioning layout that not only suited the design of the building but also incorporated the original infrastructure that was installed during the base build. As the internal layout changed, the system needed to accommodate more zones and needed more abilities. In addition to the existing 20kW system, Innovate Air installed another 10kW slimline ActronAir ducted system. 

These systems collectively provide comfort in all the individual zones of this retail space ensuring customers and staff remain comfortable year-round. In order to fit in with the grandeur of the space, a mixture of Linear Bar Registers and 4 way powder-coated supply air outlets were used.
