We love a challenge at Innovate Air, and Moncreiff Close was exactly that!

With the perfect balance of modernism and elegance, the unique U-shape of this home has made this one of our favourite projects. By selecting the 17kw ESP Platinum Que by ActronAir, we were able to install just one system instead of two, giving the client increased energy efficiency and more accurate temperature control.

Considerations

This unique U-shaped home presented some difficulties when it came to system selection. The easy choice would have been 2 separate systems, costing the client more and being less efficient. The system chosen provides comfort in all the individual zones of this uniquely shaped home ensuring the occupants stay comfortable year-round. 

We came up with a creative installation using only one system meaning the client has better functionality, more control and more energy efficiency. Now that's a win, win win!

System Overview

The system installed in this home was a 17kw Esp Platinum QUE. This system has advanced operations when it comes to zoning, meaning better energy efficiency and more control. The ESP Platinum Que from ActronAir can get up to capacity 5x faster than conventional inverter systems. That means it can cool your home faster as well, ensuring you can always come home to comfort. In order to fit in with the aesthetics of the home, a mixture of Linear Bar Registers and 4 way powder-coated supply air outlets were used.
