A major scale renovation in the heart of Ascot, Brisbane.

The Innovate Air team was extremely excited to take on this project on one of the most premium streets in Ascot. The project included multiple systems and amazing home features. 

Considerations

The Ascot project involved a lot of moving parts, literally. The original home was elevated to become the second story through the major renovation. In addition, the owner had an underground wine cellar and a seven-vehicle garage. These elements all had to be taken into consideration throughout this project on top of the inclusions of the general home systems to create an effective and efficient home. 

System Overview

This project was no small feat, spread across two levels with an underground basement there were multiple systems and features going into this home. The project incorporated two Mitsubishi Electric Heat Recovery VRF AC Systems, a Coolroom that was installed for general use in the kitchen, a Wine Cellar in the basement and five Schweigen exhaust fans in all Bathrooms, Laundry, Ensuite, and Powder room. Implementing the best systems that will work seamlessly together through this home was imperative and we were happy to deliver the finished product to the client.
