The Innovate Air team were engaged in the Mackenzie Street duplex project in Mount Lofty to install air-conditioning systems that could suit a multitude of different residents.

Considerations

As the Innovate Air team were engaged in this project to exclusively install air conditioning systems, this meant the considerations ranged from executing the wants and needs while working in conjunction with other elements of the home to ensure the final product was a seamless experience. 

The duplex on Mackenzie Street boasted modern finishes throughout, including a beautiful skylight and integrated appliances. When selecting the system the team ensured the model suited the modern look and feel of the space. Keeping in mind placement and functionality was a major aspect of this project due to having a skylight and open-plan living. 

System Overview

Our team's goal was to create seamless living spaces that provided comfort yet efficiency. The Mackenzie Street project included two Actron Air Advance Systems, Neo Controllers and a Neo Sensors across the duplex. Installing the Actron Air Advance Systems has the technology to deliver the perfect amount of heating or cooling to the home to provide comfort whilst remaining energy efficient. Pairing this with the most advanced integrated home air conditioning control - the Neo Controllers & Sensor, enabling the home to be tailored to you.
